Those are concept trailers. They are made up of other movie trailers. I don't believe an official trailer is out yet.

True, but I've seen enough media over this to believe it's legit. Hopefully a good trailer will come up soon though I'm sure it'll be months away.

The movie is totally legit. The trailers are not.
