The last photo is from before I based and varnished the figures. These are my first wargame minis :). Time to work on my Russians!

Wow...excellent paint job.  I would be happy if I could paint anything that looked half that good in 1/35 scale.
Now, the problem is, how to divide five Afghans from three mules and have two Englishmen left over.
