DLC Expanded Battles will allow you to create and fight battles outside of a campaign.

So does this mean it will have a database of historical ships?  The video says you can generate Jutland. But I'm not as interested in a "Jutland-ish" game where the game populates the navies with ships generated by the engine.

A database of historical ships is really what I want.

Slitherine could reliably sell me historical ship database DLCs for years...
