Charlie Daniels performing his 1974 song "The South's Going to Do it Again". In my middle school years, this song introduced me to Southern Rock. I ain't never looked back.

As far as gaming: I just purchased the latest Combat Mission Shock Force 2 DLC to add to my "unplayed games" list

I'll probably do some Task Force Admiral playtesting. Watching SBD's diving on Japanese carriers never gets old. Also Fight Club work, as well as BoC work.

Terra invicta - just unified Canada and the US, then hopefully Mexico and Cuba and also on brink of unifying Taiwan and China

I have had several space battles and won no problem but they were defensive - I knew what was coming and had 3 or 4 times the alien force in preparation - I have not gone on offensive yet

The protectorate straight up declared hostilities against me by stealing projects, investigating my agents and then launched a ship to take out one of my low orbit space stations - they lost and now I'll happily spend time assassinating their agents and taking their best nations

Menace is downloading right now and should be able to give that a good look over the weekend

A little under the weather after a grueling week. Will play a lot of Menace because I'm totally hooked to the game loop. If I feel up to it, I'll play some Aces of Thunder. It has some epic WWI and WWII air battles in VR. It was developed by Gaijin and it is very War Thunder-ish, but dedicated to VR. Tremendous potential.
