He was also a big proponent of the Mayan Apocalypse.  Obviously, a very sagacious fellow.

He's on TV so he has to be right. Maybe it already happened and we just didn't notice?

His fanlike crest of hair reminds me of the Centauri in Babylon 5.

Really?  Hmmm.  How can I best make use of this knowledge? :D

Hey Stagger - thanks for jumping in there, too.  Nice to have some extra cover :)

How many new members have the GrogHeads forums gained since Curtis started all this?

Greybriar, click on the More Stats link in the Forum Stats section at the bottom of the main forum page.  I don't know what date this all started, but the link has the number of new joins split out by month.  Some more interesting things to know down there, too, if you are so inclined.

Thanks, MetalDog. There's some interesting stats there all right. I don't recall the exact date when all this started, either. But the new members for November is shown as 59. I thought Curtis' influence might have resulted in a three-digit figure of new members or at least a huge number of people viewing the forums as a result of his ranting.

While I gotta say those stats are pretty nifty, I'm a little irked that I had no idea those stats existed until MD just pointed them out.  Hmmmm...
I guess I oughta dig around in the software a bit more, eh?

No doubt.

To answer your question, Greybriar, I haven't kept track. If I had to guess, I'd say between 25 and 50. MetalDog's count of 59 would not surprise me, though in fairness we are growing organically despite Curtis' marketing efforts.

We're referring to self inflicted gunshot wounds as marketing efforts now?  :D
