Woodcutter Simulator 2012.  How could they improve on the perfection that was Woodcutter Simulator 2011 you ask?  With 1st person chainsaw action of course!

For the first time clearing with the chainsaw in 1st-person-view

The smell of fresh tree gum, the sound of heavy vehicles and hard work for real men awaits the player in the Woodcutter Simulator 2011 –Multiplayer Edition. The player is in charge of his own wood-manufacturing facility in the deep woods. To get his jobs done, the player must do the work of a real man and handle all aspects of the forest industry from cutting trees to sawing.

The player has to handle the real big machinery. He takes control of different huge vehicles such as the Harvester, which cuts and debranchesevery tree within a few seconds. Afterwards the dragger pulls the trees out of the woods into the sawmill where the forest giants are reduced to small pieces of wood. When the sawmill has finished its work, the player entrains the produced logsonto a trucks using the heavy crane.

A lot of work is to be done in the woods. The Woodcutter Simulator 2011 challenges the player through various tasks which must be solved partially within a fixed amount of time. Once all  tasks of a mission are finished, the player can access the map any time to chop and saw as he desires in the "freegame" mode.

    Weather effects
    Day/Night shift
    Tutorial-Levels

Why are we wasting our time playing anything else on Friday night Rumble?  Woodcutter Simulator 2011 has multi-player, damn you!  The wood doesn't stand a chance.  (Well, unless Gus starts to get all maudlin and weepy over the death of the trees.  Here's a reasonable hand-drawn facsimile of that occurrence.)

Well.. we do have people playing delivery truck sims so it's not much of a further stretch.  ;D

I noticed the two competing farm sims  (Farming Simulator and Agricultural Simulator), and the ski resort management sim, and a construction team sim. I didn't see the mine shaft blasting sim--that sounds almost as awesome as the Woodcutter.

There are two different options! You have Underground Mining Simulator 2011 OR you can play the more general Mining and Tunneling Simulator! The options available are staggering.

But I think Stone Quarry Simulator 2012 might take the cake.

Take over the role of a stone quarry manager, knock off various stones and fulfill other tasks.

Expose stones and rocks and transport them for further processing with one of the vehicles. Be the one to drive those cars and operate the machines and be able to experience a diversity of work tasks that are as real as it gets. Keep your business going and be sure to break even. You can earn money with the successful completion of missions. Buy new vehicles and machines and get access to new stone mines with the gained money.

All the fuck of back breaking labour without the hernia? Sign me up!
