Hitman Series?

I  know LB was looking for some impressions in another thread but didn't see anything so thought I would put in its own thread since I am also interested.  I see on steam I can get the whole old series for $6 and on Amazon Absolution for $19.....anybody have any firsthand experience?  Is it worth it?  Seems like reviews across the web are mixed.

I got the Hitman Collection a while back and I think it is worth it.  Blood money is the best in the group, although the graphics are dated, it has some good and unique gameplay.  I have not bought the latest, mainly because I always feel I can purchase 3 or 4 for that price... so I have become a cheap ______.

Thanks for the feedback...so far in all these sales, this is the only thing I am considering.
