Toonces

I was inspired to start this thread when I saw Bison post up his Diablo 3 character.  I figure pretty much all of us have multiple characters in various games all customized and kitted out.  Post a screenshot of yourself in a game!

I'll start.  Since we've been talking about War of the Roses a lot lately, here are my two custom characters in that game:

First is my mounted knight with war lance, battle axe, and barded warhorse-

My second is my foot knight character when I want to fight unmounted, typically in the castle map.  Two-handed sword of Christ's Mass, battle axe, Lancastrian armor-

"Does a watch list mean you are being watched or is it a come on to Toonces?" - Biggs

I take it you've mastered using the Battle Axe as your sidearm of choice?  I haven't used it much yet - seems to have extremely short reach.  Maybe even worse than the 1-handed maces.

I've not purchased a Mount with barding yet, and the unarmored war horses drop to a stiff wind.  So I don't currently use my cavalry perk.  Which mount did you get, with barding, anyway?

This guy is primarily sword & shield.  I'll occasionally use the halberd against a mounted enemy or if I need some extra reach.  Used for survivability.

Crossbowman with a short bill and welsh shield for back-up.  I haven't put a windlass or any other crank on the crossbow yet - undecided as to which.  Probably will be windlass.

My guy with Armour Training and a Sexycutioner Axe.  Definitely more of a berserker style with this one.  I've wanted to carry a Mace as my sidearm but swords just have longer reach.  Plus, I have only purchased sidearm upgrades for the Italian Sidesword at the moment.

As you see, I mostly wade in as a walking tank in full armor and frogmouth helm in both a sword & board and 2 hander version.  I do enjoy playing the crossbowman at times, but find that I have to adjust mouse sensitivity when switching between melee and ranged for best effect, and don't always remember to do it.

Constantly tinkering with the loadouts, though.  Cool stuff.

If you see a knight with a red turnip and blue and white stripes,  be very afraid when you are an archer because I will come for you.

As for my melee weapons, I choose speed over damage because archers are usually lightly armored anyway.

...a red turnip?
Seriously?
Must be an interesting story behind that one!

I like it!

Went with a red boar, myself.

Looks like beetroot to me

Maybe the idea is that while you're either (a) trying to decide if its a turnip or a beetroot, or (b) laughing at it, he cuts your bonce off. Nice tactic.
