Doesnt a satellite launch mean the Norks are claiming they can lift one of their nukes into orbit? Basically an ICBM?

So who gets the short straw to put a laser hole through their fuel tanks before launch? I cant believe the world will sit back to gawk while they test this thing.

I suppose that presumes we think it will actually work.

Haven't their last few tests failed to deliver anything more than short range?

You would think they would have least waited to announce this until after they got their food aid from the US.   :o
