I've only seen half of The Watchmen. I read the graphic novel in a Comics and Visual Literature class in college about 12 years ago.

The movie is a chore to watch.

Worth watching for the Rorshach prison scene and maybe some brief Comedian bits.

Other than that... meh so-so.

I'd never read the graphic novel before...it was pretty mind-blowing. I had to read the lengthy text bits in between the chapters, too, for the class. But it was very much worth it.

Visually, the Watchmen movie was stunning. But as mirth said, it felt more like work. And the dong-shots were only brief and few in the comic, but Zack had them go to down on them CGI bits.  :buck2:

I have discovered that the most consistent way to make the link work in the youtube brackets, is to right click on the video and copy the video URL it gives you. (Although sometimes it doesn't actually copy, just generate a link and then you have to manually hit the copy command from your keyboard.)

It eventually ended up working on it's own.

As I suspected, YouTube was still converting it to all the different resolutions.  So the forum pane was just showing black until it was done.
