No it's a B movie about a rescuing a buddy something like Let's Get Harry, but it's not that one.  I might be wrong on Vietnam but Brant's big bag of nope is a ploy to cover up the truth!  Fight the power of the NOPE MAN!

If it's Nick Nolte then it's probably King something or other.  Oh what's it called... maybe The King?  Nick becomes the king of some jungle tribe.

Huh. What a letdown. I thought you guys would have a harder time figuring it out since it's such a hokey movie. It was made in 1969 and has a mixed American and Japanese cast.

I was googling the crap out of Nick Nolte movies. So you actually get more credit than I do for knowing it off the top of your head.

There was no way in hell that I related the pics to the movie.  It was only when Nick was mentioned that I was able to come-up with anything.  Even then, it took time.

Thin Read Line was the closest anyone got in that it was a WWII PTO flick w/ Nick Nolte.
It's actually a pretty good movie, even though it was a commercial bomb.  Nolte wasn't the best casting for the role, but the story and the cinematography are top-notch.
