I don't understand why this is dominating Canuck news.  What does it matter to anyone from outside the GTA?

I dunno.  I think Harper's got to be pleased as punch that this sideshow is distracting the media from Duffy, Wallin, and Brazeau though.

the last big news story from Canadistan was about maple syrup smuggling.  nothing goes on there.

On a lighter note, it seems the mayor got himself a little bit too much milk. Crazy tyke!



There are so many comments to be made! Is it just me, or is the fact that he apparently can't be trusted with a real glass perhaps the biggest indictment of the mayor's abilities? And that look of determination...a steely resolve to best his beverage, or just an earnest attempt to avoid crapping his pants?

And the captions!!!

given the relative lack of quality entertainment on TV coming out of Canada, you guys can't possibly want to dump this guy.  You should be making reality TV series out of him

I think SDR said it best, it deflects the media away from current scandals in the federal government. 

Not sure who I'd trust more though.  Until this whole fiasco, most voters appeared happy with Ford's work in office from what I understand. Obviously he has problems that affect the publics confidence in him now.  If all is indeed true, he truely needs to step down and get professional help, and end the circus.

Now, our current provicial premier (i.e. state governor in US) in Quebec (Pauline Marois), is a real nut case.
