Now that OOTP is on Steam.. does it still use that damn online activation crap?

Or did they not get OOTP15 on Steam after 14?

It will be on Steam too...if you pre-ordered, you got a steam key and can download from OOTP directly.  Both methods will be supported.

So the Steam version doesn't have the online activation?

I've not had problems with OOTP's online activation system.  It seems to be pretty solid and relatively hassle-free but you can never rule out Murphy.  If something can go wrong it probably will for me, at some point.  Plus I don't like such limited installs on principle.

Not sure, never bought past steam version....but my guess would be no since they clearly said we would get a steam key...seems odd to both get a key and still have to activate...but I can't confirm 100%.
