JD can I ask how tall you are?

5' 10" (170cm) - if I was an inch shorter, I'd be perfectly spherical  ;D

Actually - I don't look like a lot of 20 stone people look like. My weight seems to have distributed throughout my body - but overweight is overweight...and I'm long LONG over due doing something about it.

Funny thing is - I seem to have the mental capacity to go and ride 60 miles and yet I fail to NOT pick up those extra chocolate bars or packets of crisps or cakes or whatever the flavour of the day is! It drives me insane!
