So this is the place that the GPS coordinates lead you to. Your online bud gave it to you via PM and said, "Bring a day pack with stuff for a short hike. Gloves and a flashlight a must. And dont forget a drawstring bag, we're going to find some interesting shit."
The subject of the PM simply said, HLUTSKIPTI.

You really didn't know why you decided to do this, but hell some of your other invited buds said they'd show up and well WTH, here you are and it looks like more pals coming up the road in their vehicles.

Never seen this place before, but other than the threatening sky everything seems fine

Your bud who PM'd you was always doing interesting stuff and seemed to make some decent beer money with whatever he was finding. Even though you'd see him with some pretty good cuts and bruises. Yeah ... WTH could be fun.

Rules:

Max 8 people
Your stats are real life based on a D20 - list them
List your items in your;
1/. daypack

List 5 realife skills, e.g., emergency first-aide, map reading, shooting, archery
List what you are wearing (hint look at picture).

I will roll - and assume all players will not be stupid (until alcohol enters the picture) and all will be very aware once threats are identified as such.
My doctor wrote me a prescription for daily sex.

My wife insists that it says dyslexia but what does she know.

Batteryless lantern- fully charged

Barthheart

WOW! I feel under-prepared now.  ;D

QuoteBatteryless lantern- fully charged

How do you charge a "batteryless" anything...  ???  ;)

Uberhaus

I think I forgot the kitchen sink. ;)

Gotta admire your taste in pants and multitools though!

The batteryless radio and lantern are handcrank.
The batteryless flashlight has a solenoid that you shake a magnet through.  It's a bit spotty though.

Uberhaus

Ooh, I forgot local topographical map and local language phrasebook.

Windigo

well you guys wont be getting stuck anytime soon

So Uber and Barth wait expectantly for their host and make small talk about what's going on in the world. Crimea was a good topic for the two war gamers. A few minutes later a rusted out Subaru WRX pulls up in a loud brake squeal.

Duggal jumps out  and smiles a shit eating smile of eager anticipation. Mad scientist hair and wire rimed glasses frame an unshaven hipsterish beard.

Top-o-th-morning to y'all he says as he shakes your hand and hands you dirty miner helmets.

Its almost 1100, means we'll have light at least part of the way down.
Hope you're ready for some asskickin fun.
Any of you understand Underworld, the olde language?

Glancing at their personal gear he adds, Big knives are good.
Make sure all your gear is easy access. Meet me inside that old church.

And with that Duggal starts heading for the church.... goes about 30 meters and seemingly disappears into the earth.

Uberhaus

What big knife?

I'll grab my batteryless lantern - fully charged no less and follow Duggal.
