Sell that eagle! Keep your sidewinder and use the money to add weapons and go bounty Hunt. Sidewinder seems to be a little more durable than the eagle has a little more cargo space and tends to not overheat as much as the eagle does. Sidewinder has better intersystem range too

You know when you just get down sometimes. Especially hearing other people making a freakin fortune and you wonder wth you're doing wrong. I'm not trying to run before I can walk...but the walking stage seems to be taking awful long.

How do you know if a station or outpost has a black market...I don't really want to go docking at them all just to try and find out and the longer I carry these military plans around, the more likely I'll be caught

Funny story about underestimating the Sidewinder: i'm flying around in my new maxed out Viper with being lasers multi cannons upgraded Shields upgraded power supply...you name it. I get interdicted I cannot escape but once I drop out of supercruise I see that the ship that interdicted me is a sidewinder. I say to myself well I'm gonna make this guy sorry he ever interdicted me so I start moving towards him.

A quick scan reveals that he is wanted and that he is a "dangerous" pilot. In a flash he was on my tail and unleashed a bunch of lasers right in the my rear. I could not shake this guy and meanwhile he's taking down my shields. Finally I had to take off light assist and basically turn my ship around in place so that I could fire at him behind me. He simply power boosted past me while he was shooting me up and just started divebombing me and escaping so that my tactic wouldn't really work. I took a lot of damage but luckily I was able to power up and reengage supercruise.

Now I'm not the worlds greatest combat pilot by any means but don't underestimate even an AI pilot who is competent and a well armed sidey

I went from a Sidewinder to a Adder to Viper and now a Hauler.  I'm going to stay in the hauler until I can get a Viper kitted out and then I'll probably split my time between them until I can move up to larger ships.  The Viper is just amazing, and sounds phenomenal.

Got scanned with those military documents. I seem to have lost one as I picked up 3. When I got to an Orbital (after trying 5 outposts and not finding a single Black Market in them), I was able to sell 2 for 8k...but with an 11.5k fine that left me 3.5k less in pocket  :'(

I was sure I had 3. I wonder if when you get scanned one is taken off you?? As in they found it and confiscated it?

Have you tried trading a bit?  Using the trading tool here:  http://elitetradingtool.co.uk you can find some profitable trades to build up your wallet and also explore new systems.

How the hell do you get to Frigaha? Its one local system I just cannot reach even though it says its only 5 LY from my present location. I can lock onto it from my navigation menu, but I cannot enter Frameshift because it exceeds my fuel usage by 0.60T. This makes no sense as it is only 5LY away and I have made farther jumps before...also, I cannot route it from the galaxy map. What's the deal?

most anarchy outposts will have a blackmarket, and most independent systems will buy them anyway as theyre not illegal there

using the elite trading tool will allow you to search for blackmarkets

I went from a Sidewinder to a Adder to Viper and now a Hauler.  I'm going to stay in the hauler until I can get a Viper kitted out and then I'll probably split my time between them until I can move up to larger ships.  The Viper is just amazing, and sounds phenomenal.

So far the Viper is my favorite ship. 

I just got a Lakon Type 6 today, it feels like a lumbering whale compared to my old Viper.  Still, I'm making insane cash in the Type 6 and the Class A FSD gives me a 20ly jump fully loaded.  I should make good enough money in the Type 6 to eventually get an A class across the board Viper or Cobra later.
