This game is pretty much the antithesis of EVE.  Quick 5-10 minute combats with little in the way of micromanagement or economics.  Kit out your ship, shoot stuff, spend money earned from battle on repairs, ammo, and upgrades.  Repeat. 

It's not a bad game but I can't see myself spending any money on it.

I've been enjoying this here & there.  You get a free 6 or 7 days worth of premium when you sign up.

It's not terribly complicated, and not having all the extra physics to contend with from something like War Thunder makes it more forgiving. I wouldn't enjoy this so much if the ship models didn't look so cool.  It's certainly WoT in space fighters.

I wrestling with trying this.  I swore off any MMO-like earlier this year for a bunch of reasons.  The ships look cool though and I do like me some space combat.  As soon as I start thinking about this though I begin thinking that instead of this I should re-sub to EVE, and I just can't do that...

LOL yeah, I started thinking of re-subbing to Eve Online also.  But I always end up getting bored of it pretty fast so I'm not in a hurry to do so.

Unlike Eve, however, this game isn't a real MMORPG.  It's World of Tanks in space fighters; a match-based one with unlocks & such.

I gave this a try and I agree, it isn't bad.  Sort of mental popcorn for those nights I'm struggling to play something more serious.  I'm panzerde in game, as well, if you want to hook up and blow stuff up sometime.
