Oh how I despise GFE's!!!  This one administered 25 HP's of damage to my Halberdiers, finishing them off.  That leaves me with Taishar Knights and Ratman Pirates in the immediate area of Snakegate.  The Knights are powerful, but the Pirates are fragile.

Up to this point, GL has been moving troops through this area and holding Frosty at bay.  Now, the Librarian's troops have moved on and the two units I have, an Iril Bows and a Ratman Pirates, are not strong enough to survive the onslaught.  I will have to sue for peace.

I appreciate the volume and variety of Spells in this game, but, it seems to me that most are of limited value.  It's a grind to get through them all and to the moderately useful ones.  Next up, Greater Dispel.

Next up, Counterspell.  A good Spell, but it requires you to check the relations screen each turn to see what, if anything, your rival is casting.  I'm just not that interested.

All that lava is impeding my movement in Rjakh's territory.  So I clean it up.  Come to find out that it is Mountains underneath and that disallows movement as well.  So, Mana wasted pretty much.
