I am playing Hippia a female human druid :P
(Got inspired by some thread in a certain part of the Grogheads forums).

I was able to find Hansig and Rapunzle through the Add-Friend option, though Rapunzle doesn't seem to be part of the Grogheads guild.

Rapunzle is the name I made up for Windy because I couldn't remember the actual name.  Besides he's an elf and who can really tell the difference between a boy and girl elf? 

His actual character name is in the post just above your last one Tpek.

In previous MMOs I always enjoyed playing the healer. When the action starts, that's the one class that can't fcuk around.

I'd be watching people in DAoC chatting about this and that while their meat shields were whacking away at something. Meanwhile, I'm busy trying to figure out who needed a mana or health boost more, how much magic I had left, and OH-SHIT-AGGRO-IS-ON-ME stuff.

So I might also work on a cleric class so Nefaro and I can take turns, as I'm guessing the mechanics in DDO are probably similar in terms of buffs and such.

You can take a Cleric.  As I said, I already have one so rolling up a different class would be fun for me too.  Definitely enjoy playing a Rogue also, because I think that finding the Traps & Secret Doors in the game are a blast.  It's one of the great features of DDO's 'scenarios' that other MMOs just don't have. 

I'm quite flexible on character class.  ;)  Still need to d/l this sucker.  I meant to leave it going overnight.

EDIT:  If I get behind then forge on w/o me.  I can always catch up whenever.  Also.. there used to be a fancy Character Planner program floating about the net.  If you want to min/max your late-game effectiveness, it can pay to read up on character creation tips and experiment spending your points in this little planner program.  I just don't recall what it's named..

Yeah.  The paths are nice but the descriptions are vague.

LB here is the DDO link for monk ninja-spy pathing.  Just click on your race and it will show you how the game will progress your character if you make no alterations causing the path to be broken.
