Just re-installed FSX and Air Hauler and REX2 and TrafficX and UTX Terrain and FSX Passengers...so might fly a couple of jobs over the weekend.

Finishing my Band of Heroes AAR this weekend. The US lost (simply a case of confirming it this turn) in case you weren't following.

Rugby is on pretty much all day Saturday, so I'll likely get nothing done (apart from the aforementioned AAR) and Sunday I'm going to see Man of Steel for Fathers Day. There should be some time left to try some more Wargame:AirLand Battle

No matter how long I stay away from BftB, as soon as I see someone play it, I instantly want to play it there and then!!!!

It will be HOT, HOT, HOT here all weekend (central Texas), so in between swimming I plan to finish stickering the rest of expansion pack #6 for Commands and Colors: Ancients (The Spartans) and I also want to try a solo game of CC:A.  My son is on his summer vacation down at the coast and so I won't have my usual playing partner until late July. 

Also on the play list is Combat Commander.  A buddy wants to teach me how to play it (via VASSAL).

I've also been itching to get in some ASL, so I may work on finishing up my AAR as well (inspired by Dredd).

Also my stepson is coming home from NYC for the weekend, bringing his new GF, so that may be a lot of disruption from the schedule as well.. all good..

Vacation is over today.  Back to work on Monday.  But I won't let that dampen the gaming enthusiasm!  I've had a great week playing Crusader Kings II by myself and then various episodes of Civ IV BTS with friends and some Warlock with bob48.  Oh, yeah, there's been a couple of days of Medieval 2 Total War, too.

Driving to Paris to work at the Air Show but im armed with laptop so there will be

Dom III PBEMs - down to just the 4 now and really enjoying 2 of them - tried some SP but its so souless as an SP experience - theres such an air of trepidation and wonder about sending in a turn for PBEM but SP theres none of that magic

My 1600 MSP card arrived in the mail the other day from Best Buy so I will be using that this weekend to pickup State of Decay for XBOX 360.   I also picked up Walking Dead as well and will fire that up over the weekend sometime. 

On PC the plan is to play some Dominions 3 (I've got a PBEM going on and another in the works).  I'll probably fire up Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes at some point as well.

I went over to the Forums at Gamesquad and was delighted to see a forum for JTS Napoleonic Battles - as someone referred me to there from here i think or at Wargamer, i forget.

So today i am organising to have my first PBEM game with Campaign Austerlitz - i look forward to it.

Go back a few years i would never have considered turn absed gaming as it felt so slow but nowadays i find it most convenient to fit in a turn or two between work and home life and everything else that comes with reluctantly growing up.

I am interested in AGEODs rise of prussia game too and am considering today whether it is worth getting. If Napoleons Campaigns 2 ever gets released it will be great if it has at least the scale of Rise of Prussia or greater

Not really sure what this weekend will hold game wise.  I really need to get back to painting some minis and then there is my stack of boardgames that are always calling to be played.  We'll have to see what catches my interest.
