I really liked Bridges to Lamia  :(

I have a feeling they made a mistake on their product page, although even when they first introduced the game pack they even said the intros would be included....so maybe in the end just forgot to package them up....not sure.  Although in this post it says 20 would come with it versus the 19 they now advertise everywhere....

For me, as much as I enjoy the base game, $30 for 19 new scenarios is more than I want to pay.  Not complaining, I respect their right to charge what they feel is necessary to make a profit, it's just that it is more than I want to spend.  Hopefully this will be offered up during the Xmas holiday sales at a discount.

Someone responded at Matrix saying the two intro scenarios were left out on purpose....but said they would leave it to the developer to explain why....

...with the CotA owners discount its 1$ for one map, so why dont they just do the full DLC e-commerce step and offer each map for 1$ to old customers
and everbody can download those he liked most  ...and maybe get hungry for more and buy some additional.
both map packs = the old CotA  even with owners discount,  its still 40$ = thats a full other game on the market price for a game that you already have in an old (and IIRC not to bad game expierince) version.

I would have liked to seen just one data pack (for $19/$29) to cover COTA scenarios instead of splitting into two...just makes it seem like a money grab.  However, I did buy it since I like the series, but wasn't a no brainer as I thought it would be.

I've been a faithful consumer of the series so far but I really don't see a pressing need to buy an updated version that has less than half of the scenarios and - as you say - when I have an "old" version still provides a good gaming experience.  Maybe some information will come out that will change my mind.

  I ended up buying Rise of Prussia.  I think -- despite what I thought was a sudden interest in armored war -- I find boating seige mortars up the Elbe or Oder more entertaining.  And Cheaper!  I mean in terms of real money.  Well, US dollars anyway.
