Just an in-game update:

I created a blank, fictional team using the pre-game editor.  After filling the empty staff positions (my board doesn't believe I need a Keeper Coach or a Physio  ???), I picked up 18 of the best players you can get for free...or so I thought.  We started our climb out of the Skrill South (England) by going 5-0 in our first 5 games.  I also managed to pick up the Manager of the Month award.  Ahhh, life was good, I was a genius.  Unfortunately the month of September seems to have other plans for my team.  We've just dropped the last 2 games, picked up two crucial injuries, and I'm about to call up two 16 year olds to cover the for the wounded. 

The download is crawling along but it is still moving.  ;D

We have made it to the 4th qualifying round of the FA Cup, meeting the 1st boardroom goal for the team.

It's funny how important the Cup and Trophy seem to be when your a lower level team.  Every little bit of prize money is so crucial.  Once you get higher up, the Cup and Trophy become an annoyance.

ERRrrrr!  Injuries are killing me.  My back 4 are all out.  I now have a 38 year old, two 16 year olds, and a 5'7" 135lb DC.  I'm getting killed.  I've dropped 4 of the last 5. 

In the "Good News" department; my facepack has 2 hours left and is about half done.  :)

ERRrrrr!  Injuries are killing me.  My back 4 are all out.  I now have a 38 year old, two 16 year olds, and a 5'7" 135lb DC.  I'm getting killed.  I've dropped 4 of the last 5. 

In the "Good News" department; my facepack has 2 hours left and is about half done.  :)

I'm letting my Assistant handle training right now.  I may have to look deeper into that.

I am actually upgrading my Internet connection from 3 Mbps to 18Mbps on Tuesday....can't wait to get all that increased speed!!! Tired of my downloads taking days.... :)

Yes it's the one from Sortitoutsi.  I think all you have to do is sign up.  I don't think it costs anything.  I've had access to that site for a long time.  I don't remember if I paid anything.

Because my staff is so full of unknowns, I've had to do a search and add their pictures in myself.  Ahh, the joys of the lower leagues.

I appreciate that, but yep it would be a tough thing to do trying to get that much data moved....before the file stopped and became corrupted, it did include about 100k photos I can use as a start.  I'll try again sometime down the road and hopefully I will have better luck then.
