You might be right. I just thought I'd start "at the start"...thinking they start you off easy

But Phantom Leader this weekend - I LOVE that game

Jarhead - I hate people

Still in a sporting mood......Action!PC Golf will likely be the main game for me this weekend again....continue to love playing tournaments in this game...living the dream through a PC game since I can't certainly golf well in real life.

Been there Silent--- but ain't got to no more. You want us all to phone you each morning to see if you're having any trouble sleeping? ;D

It's good.  I like prefer shift work to straight days and I love working long weekends.  Extra pay, no irritating humans (or engineers) around.  Just a few co-workers and nice, quiet machines.

As for the phone calls, I am quite sure the kids upstairs, the neighbours with their lawn mowers and pressure washers, and the flamingly gay guy at the end of the cul-de-sac who likes to play show tunes on his stereo for the rest of the neighbourhood will have it covered.

JD, my biggest complaint about the WaW series is the ambiguity of some of the rules. My friends and I have more than once puzzled over parts of the rulebook, along with checks online in an attempt at clarity.

I love the series and own several of the games in it, but how the rules are written is definitely a weak spot.

Most likely Age of Wonders III and...something else.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

Lotsa WWI flight simming goin' on!

Speaking of WWI, I wonder when the little update to Commander: The Great War is coming?  I may have to fire up SC:WWI sometime soon while waiting.

Great War gaming = Activate!  ;)

Curious to see how well my new GTX780 handles my modded Skyrim install.

I just checked and I'm running a GTX 560Ti so I'm assuming yours is better and Skyrim runs smooth as a baby's bottom maxed out on my rig.   8)

I've been rediscovering BMS Falcon so I'll probably play some of that.

Skyrim and/or Morrowind for the RPG fix.

And maybe CK2...we'll see.  I don't know how much actual gaming I'm going to get in this weekend and that's already a lot.

On the boardgaming front, as unlikely as that is, I have Downtown open and ready to go on my table...

I started an epic game of CK II tonight.  Nothing like being in a fight to the death for my Duchy with my great uncle who is married to my sister.....

Hey Grim, have you seen this on Steam?  I just now saw it and it looks pretty neat.

Sure did...bought and downloaded tonight.  It has good potential and a very easy course editor.  I think over time it will only get better.
