close the orders/OOB window, alt tab to desktop and then go back into game and the text should be fine when you open it.....thats what works for me...didn't know about the ES tab thing, i'll try that.

Actually... what works for me is just leaving the window open....  It works fine them.   But the second I close it and reopen, it's garbled.

OK this ight be simple to others but how do you update?  When I launch CO2 I dont see any option for updating to a new version?

There's an update application in the program folder on your start menu. Run that and it will update the game.

when i installed the game, it placed two icons on the desktop.
One is named "Update Command Ops 2" , and it checks for update before starting the sim.

^aight...but I'm not exactly sure why there's two icons. Why not just have the update one that checks - after all, that fires up the game anyway.

There is a problem with the update one though...when you click on it and it starts checking for an update, it loads the game anyway - which would stop any update from occurring. It needs some fine tuning.

I meant to post this on the LnL boards but figured everyone would have reported it already.  The icon points to the game executable and not the updater.  The link in the start menu is correct though.

The forum activity about this game died out quite quickly.  Any further impressions by those who got the package ?
I have the matrix versions and i need a really good reason to buy these games once again.
I'm thinking about getting Command Ops 2 or Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm (looks to me like the cold war Command Ops).
