7 Days Until Fallout 4

Some of us never buy anything until it has been out for a year and the price is down.

I have confidence that all of the regulars here have enough games to keep us entertained for the rest of our lives without another purchase.

But so, so many of us break down and buy new games within a week or two of release.

Many of us prior to release or within minutes of release:)

I buckled on the pre-order because

1) GMG had a 20% Off voucher

and

2) It's supposed to have a new engine, which hopefully agrees with me better than the old one (but will likely be worse, if I know Murphy).

I might have been tempted to slip if I had the extra cash on Steam, but it's moot as my PC cannot run it anyway. I can't wait to get a real gaming rig. Someday. Maybe when I retire, in like 20 years.

Isn't GreenManGaming a UK distro?  I pre-ordered there because they offer a better discount.  Same with UK digital retailers always having better offers on the Total War series and a few others.

Or is there some region that isn't getting the release at the same time as NA & UK?

Interesting that the day F4 releases, 09 November, is the date of the Great Boston Fire 09 November 1872.

Interesting because F4 is based in Boston 200 years after a nuclear war so is devastated. The fire of 1872 devastated a large area of Boston.
