Welcome!

Did you catch us talking about the COIN series on the GrogCast this past Tuesday?

I did! That was probably one of my favorite episodes so far, been listening for a couple months now. You guys actually managed to stay on topic for a quite a long stretch.  ;D

I'm getting the hang of ATS now, so that's on my table. To be honest, its not my favourite squad level game, but it has some interesting aspects.
'We few, we happy few, we band of brothers'

'Clip those corners'

Arctic Blast

Picked up Thunderbolt/Apache Leader in a math trade. I owned it previously, got offered a great trade and shipped it off, and now it's back. Hopefully I'll get it played this week.

Heading over to a buddy's place for some gaming tonight. Bringing Voyages of Marco Polo and Revolution with me.

Space was at a premium in our car on the drive here to Arizona, but I managed to bring Last Night on Earth, Betrayal at House on the Hill, and Heroes of Normandy.

I fought the urge to bring more solitaire games...on my list was RAF and a few others, so I tried to stick with the more social multiplayer games.

Next step, try to get people to actually play these friggin' things, otherwise I'm going to be breaking out Heroes of Normandy and playing it solitaire (which the box says, it can do rather strongly).

I thought about it, but I didn't want to take the chance of my wife or kids accidentally dropping a fifty pound bag on top of my preciouses. The Feldherr case is pretty nice, but it's not a hard case.

Space will be at even more of a premium going home with all the stuff to take back, so I just didn't want to risk it.

Cyrano

@B_C:  Get HoN on Steam...I'll shoot at you...

Barth will try to shoot at you too, if you like, but he can't hit a bull in the butt with a bass fiddle...

Just throwing this out there.....

Have you ever thought of just leaving one of the kids at home and taking X-Wing?  You get to enjoy X-Wing and the kid gets to have a wacky MacCaulay Culkinesque adventure!

Are you talking "HoN...ie" or "HoN...y"

The former from Iello, the latter from LNLP

b/c the LNLP one isn't on Steam

@Cyrano: no Heroes of Normandie for me, at least not for now. I know precious little about HoNie anyway.

@SDR: Leaving a kid or both kids behind means leaving them with my mother-in-law for Christmas (as my MiL lives with us), and that's a fate I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

@BB: yeah, I got that HoNy is not on Steam. Though for a moment I asked myself, 'what the heck is HoN?' Then your 'ie vs y' comment made it all clear.  ;D

I almost brought Warfighter (lulz) but the chest was too big.

How is this one?  I've been eyeing it now for a few months.
