I'm disappointed they're going with Vulture over Kraven the Hunter.

Hollywood Reporter and TheWrap are reporting that Natalie Portman (that's a lot of "ports" in a storm of a first sentence half!) won't be returning as Dr. Foster in Thor 3. Which makes sense if most or all of it is set on Asgard and other areas of the Nine Realms; but I recall her being pretty ambivalent (at best) about returning for the role, so Jane may be written out of the story altogether going forward.

I'm all in for Civil War. Perfect timing for a summer kick-ass Super Hero movie. I thought--- too many heroes too, but maybe they can really pull it off. On the other hand, I hope they don't screw-up the next Thor as I thought these were the best Marvel movies yet.

I like Natalie Portman as an actress, but I didn't particularly care for the Jane Foster character in the Thor movies.

Jane was a pretty thankless character; I thought the scripts and Natalie worked hard, but in the end it's just difficult to believe she and Thor can fit into each other's life. In the comics this was easier due to him having an actual secret identity, plus more restrictions on being deported from Asgard -- once those lifted, she dropped out by natural proportion.

I've probably misunderstood that.

Also, on a recent Agents of SHIELD, a Kree thingie ball showed up which had a sigil on it I thought I recognized but couldn't place. I've already erased the ep, but now I want to go back and look -- because when I saw Strange's iconic sigil, I thought, whoa, are they really going to tie those two ideas together?
