It would indeed be weird not to have Dormammu in a Strange story somewhere. Overall he's really more important than Thanos (who isn't nearly as important to the main Marvel continuity as his inspiration, Darkseid for DC.)

she doesn't know about Dr Weird.  I'm just happy she knows that "weird" and "strange" are synonyms.

Saw it tonight. Not my fave of the Marvel crop, but worthwhile. :peace:

My wife and I saw it last night.  It was surprisingly good.  I was a big fan of the comic through about 1990.  I have a framed Dr. Strange artwork in my office. 

It is a reasonable fit with the Dr. Strange universe.  They captured the personality of Steven Strange.  Ancient One was totally different but it worked pretty well.  They set up the next movie very well. 

I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.  The reaction in the theater (at the Disney movie complex in Orlando) was very positive.
