They already had the plans and started building at the end of Episode 3 so this guy must be the foreman or something. And where's Tarkin? He was there with Vader at the end of 3 watching the thing being built. And wasn't blowing up Alderaan the test of the laser?

This movie makes no friggin sense! :P

Isn't Alderaan the first time that the DS blew up an entire planet? The test runs in this flick could be low power calibration runs or something since they seem much less devastating (tho still pretty destructive).
