So, admittedly, I made the mistake of looking an article with pictures about protests around the world condemning Israel's actions.  While the protests didn't surprise me, even the large number in the US, the signs I was reading were making sick/angry all in the same instance.  The ignorance, hate and just plain hypocrisy of those signs was making my blood boil.  After seeing the third or forth bunch Israel = Nazi or KKK signs I just couldn't look at the pictures anymore.   >:( >:( >:(

It's interesting you note this, because what a lot of Persians seem to fail to remember is how their forefathers/country were Nazi allies in all but name, and were close to becoming Axis minors when Britain and Russia put an end to that.

When I see them burning American flags with swastikas on them, I can't imagine their ignorance can be any less.

I agree but I was also seeing these ignorant signs in pictures from protests in Europe and in the US which made me even that much more outraged.

Oh my yes. It's not just limited to the Middle East of course. It's enraging no matter where I see it.

It's enraging, period, for anyone to have to sit there and take it without being able to fight back, and being considered worse than Hitler if you DO fight back to protect yourself.

Makes me think of growing up. Had a bully messed with me and pushed me to my breaking point, punching his ass out put an end to it. I'd get in trouble at school but only briefly and the guy would never mess with me again. Today, you fight back and the media makes you out to be worse than Hitler, so the bullies are encouraged to step up their BS and we're encouraged to keep our mouths shut and not do anything but take it.

Will this ever reach a breaking point, or will it just get worse and worse until history starts making the Allies out to be the bad guys in World War II for not being tolerant or inclusive of Germany's lebenstraum?

So we've just entered into another 1-sided cease-fire (we do nothing while they butcher us) for the 6th time (since the operation started) today/yesterday, thanks to Obama.
This is beyond ridiculous.
Hamas is obviously the one to be enjoying it, and Obama wants the 11 Billion Qatar (Hamas's allies) promised him,
but what the heck is wrong with our government that they've already agreed to such idiocy 6 times already?!

Second time: "I mean it. Don't do that again."

Third time: "I really mean it. Don't do that again."

Fourth time: "You're going to get a spanking if you do that again."

Sixth time: "I mean it! Last warning if you do that again."

And on and on and on.

Our government simply keeps giving in to idiotic "cease fire" agreements that are immediately broken by Hamas who fires at us while our government ponders for a long time
how much to take before we should get back to fighting.
The fact that it behaves as if Hamas would ever actually abide by any agreement even after being hit directly in the face with reality is a testament to its stupidity.

Israel must have learned from history: never fight a war on two fronts. Take out Hamas in Gaza now. Hit Iran. Deal with Hizbollah in the north later.

Ye gods, it just doesn't end. The news this morning was STILL spinning Israel defending itself as if it is some kind of terrible aggressor and completely ignoring why it was doing this in the first place. I'm actually surprised they mentioned the Israeli Iron Dome system too because they had to say it was being used to counter Hamas rocket attacks. But they managed to make it sound like it was innocuous as hell. Jackasses.
