The problem is you are losing the war of words.  They are "migrants" and not "refugees", which means a permanent stay as opposed to a temporary stay followed by repatriation to their home country.

there was a hilarious interview with a Liberal MP this morning, he spent ages reassuring the public that they would not be here forever, they wanted to go to their home and rebuild it, they would not be here for long. Noone wants to abandon their home and live in a foreign land, dont panic they want to go back
