Today it's almost 60 degrees here today in the wilds of NY. All the snow on the ground is gone but my car is still covered in salt from Saturday's snow.

Weird week in the DC area.  Early in the week, lows were 10-15 F, and I don't think it got above freezing on Sunday and Monday.  But today (Thursday), it reached 70 F.  That won't last long.  On Saturday, we're supposed to get another round of light snow, which will turn into freezing rain.  I'm actually looking forward to running on the trails on Saturday morning in those conditions.

Treadmills can be rough too. Once, I hurt the end of my finger adjusting the speed. OUCH!  :-[

I stand corrected. Girls LOVE body-scars on guys not facial scars. In particular, lip and mouth scars are out especially if there's things dripping or ozzying out. I know, I know. It's weird but hey, they're girls so they can get away with it.

I can confirm as a chick , lol , that a healed war wound from running the trails is über cool  8) however , if you come near me with blood currently dripping off you ....I'm running away !!!  ;D  not very fast yet , haha , but STILL running  :D

  that looks like a nasty gash though , I hope it heals soon enough  O0

I had a run yesterday , and it was so gusty here , I was honestly worried a tree might just fall on my head  \m/ it didn't , and I survived the wilds of Eire  :bd: I had a great run , felt strong , I'm getting better , whoo hoo !!!!!!!  <:-)

Jason , if you see this mythical ball of fire called the "sun" , please send it back in my direction , at this rate I'll have to have vitamin D given intravenously....if that's even a thing !!!!! ???
