Well you can "still" preorder but I don't care if I get a disc, because I'll back up the digital copy.  I'm a little less excited now, but I'll get it soon.  I'm in the middle of a Fate The Cursed King dungeon crawl now anywho.

How about instead of asking why we don't have one (heck, we can't cover everything!) you instead start a thread that says something like "Holy Cow! CM: Italy just dropped! W00t!" 
Certainly makes the forums look more collaborative and less like you're just waiting for us to spoonfeed it all to y'all :)

As Grim said, Fortress Italy is a stand along game with upgraded CMX2 engine.  What gets me is that you will end up paying for a patch for CM:BN that brings the engine up to date.

As Grim said, Fortress Italy is a stand along game with upgraded CMX2 engine.  What gets me is that you will end up paying for a patch for CM:BN that brings the engine up to date.

I am eager to see what they end up charging for the patch...anything more than a couple of dollars and I imagine most people will revolt......we'll see.

I had not seen this price yet.  Thanks J2D.  This is annoying.  I just got Commonwealth around 6 months ago for a premium price and now they want more to upgrade.  Grrr
