Might be. Prohibition can be treated as a proper noun and used without the article. Might be a linguistic flourish, but given that Kalypso is publishing it's probably a translation issue (I won't call it an error) more than anything.

Personally I am loathed to pre order anything from kalypso given the last debacle - but I suppose the dev has more of a track record.

The devs are the key. Kalypso doesn't have deep pockets. If they're handed a crap game they're more likely to publish it and wring what little profit they can from it rather than pouring money down a hole and hoping for a better product.

Being a game publisher is all about cash flow. Even the biggest cannot afford too much.

So I guess that the devs just packed up & left after releasing that unfinished?  I never picked it up so don't know how that ordeal ended.
